• We accept returns within 14 days on items that are returned in new condition and in original sealed packaging.
• A Return Material Authorization (RMA) form is required for all returns. Items that are shipped back to us that do not have this form included will not be processed until the form is submitted.

• We will acknowledge your message and send you your RMA form within 1 business day.

As with most hobby stores we are the distributor for 100's of different companies and cannot offer an in store warranty program on other manufacturers' items. If the item is defective, merchandise warranty claims will need to be submitted directly to the manufacturer of the item. Defective Items:

Defective merchandise claims need to be submitted directly to the manufacturer of that product. Please note that we are not responsible for defective merchandise and cannot provide refunds for any used and/or defective merchandise. Most manufacturers will repair or exchange defective products as agreed to under warranty. Your invoice that you received via email will provide proof of purchase for the item.
