John Goddard's Trout Fly Recognition, published in 1966 cause considerable impact in trout fishing circles, and is considered the finest and most comprehensive reference book ever published on natural flies likely to be accounted by the trout fisherman on rivers. This companion volume deals in the same comprehensive manner with all the more common flies found in Stillwater. It also provides extensive information on fishing methods, and the various techniques required to fish the many hundreds of artificial patterns listed. There are also over 130 superb colour photographs of natural flies taken by the author. Comment: Shelf and edge wear to dustjacket, light crease and some delamination to head of dustjacket spine (repaired with acid free document tape), pages bright and clean The books with packaging weighs approx 705g
