Attempting to damage or unjustly benefit from leaving feedback first is known as buyers abuse. We will make every effort to detect and act against buyers abuse. If it is determined that a buyer is using fraud in following these tactics the buyer may be removed from coverage or suspended.

***** As we have to work so hard throughout the year to achieve and maintain our feedback score, then a very small minority of new buyers who are dishonest, abuse and/or leave inappropriate feedback will be reported, investigated and subject to a range of actions, including limits to their buying and selling privileges and suspension of their account. The number and type of feedbacks buyers leave for others that shows a pattern of unwarranted feedback can also be reported and investigated for feedback abuse.
