If you are an EU consumer and purchase goods from us at a fixed price then you may cancel your contract with us at any time up to 14 DAYS later and you must then arrange for the return of the purchased goods to us at your own risk and expense. This 14 day period is offered as we believe that the normal standard consumer rights 7 day return period time limit is too short. To cancel your contract with us please contact us within this time limit. Cancellation rights do not apply to auction purchases but at our discretion we may still conditionally permit this; if a return of goods purchased in auction is permitted by us then a restocking charge will normally apply. A deduction or charge may also be made for any goods returned damaged, opened, with incomplete internal packaging materials or incomplete in any other way, or in a poorer condition than received, whether purchased in auction or at a fixed price. Under the UK Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel a fixed price purchase within 7 working days after the day you receive your purchase. You may communicate this cancellation by email, letter or fax to reach us no later than the end of the 7th working day following delivery to you or your agent. If you wish to cancel your purchase you must return the goods to us promptly in the same condition they were received and at your own cost. Products requiring return to us for whatever reason from all destinations outside of the UK must be done so at the expense of the buyer without exception.
