THIS LISTING IS FOR A PAIR OF SIZE 4 REPLACEMENT EXTENSION RODS FOR A GU FERCO SHOOTBOLT LOCKING MECHANISM.

 

THE MEASUREMENT FROM THE END OF THE ROD TO THE CENTRE OF THE FIRST CAM AND SCREW HOLE IS:-

APPROX 90mm WHEN THE MECHANISM IS IN THE OPEN POSITION.

APPROX 70mm WHEN THE MECHANISM IS IN THE CLOSED POSITION.

THE SCREW HOLE IS APPROX 58mm FROM THE END OF THE MECHANISM.

 

THE MEASUREMENT FROM THE END OF THE ROD TO THE CENTRE OF THE SECOND CAM AND SCREW HOLE IS:-

APPROX 540mm WHEN THE MECHANISM IS IN THE OPEN POSITION.

APPROX 520mm WHEN THE MECHANISM IS IN THE CLOSED POSITION.

THE SECOND SCREW HOLE IS APPROX 283mm FROM THE END OF THE MECHANISM.

THE THIRD SCREW HOLES IS APPROX 508mm FROM THE END OF THE MECHANISM.

 

MUSHROOM CAMS ARE APPROX 9mm ROUND AND 8mm HIGH.

 

THE SHOOTBOLT PART IS 7mm ROUND.

 

THE SHOOTBOLT RODS ARE AVAILABLE IN TWO SIZES. THE FOLLOWING SIZES ARE AVAILABLE IN OUR SHOP.

 

TO WORK OUT THE SIZE YOU NEED PLEASE MEASURE THE SIZE OF YOUR WINDOW SASH - NOT YOUR EXISTING RODS - THEN USE THE TABLE BELOW.

 

MINIMUM AND MAXIMUM 'SASH' SIZES THAT THE RODS WILL FIT

SIZE 3 – 950mm TO 1250mm

SIZE 4 – 1255mm TO 1550mm

 

THESE RODS ARE TWO PARTS OF A THREE PIECE REPAIR KIT. THE REPAIR KIT CONSISTS OF 1 GEARBOX AND 2 EXTENSION RODS.

 

THIS LISTING IS ONLY FOR THE EXTENSION RODS, THE GEARBOXES ARE SOLD SEPARATELY IN OUR SHOP.
