The first edition of INTERNATIONAL SECURITIES REGULATION by Scott and Wellons presents major regulatory and policy issues about the international aspects of the world's securities markets. The first part covers securities regulation in the three major markets in the world: the United States, the European Union, and Japan. The third presents international asset securitization at the transactional level, the evolving law in various markets (the US, Germany, Japan, and India), and the proposed rules for capital adequacy.
