All items come from our smoke free home. To the best of our knowledge all items are free of defects, stains, and tears. In the event that we have overlooked a flaw in an item please contact us before leaving feedback so we can have the chance to fix the problem. I try my hardest to take accurate colored pictures of my merchandise, but please be aware that different computer monitors and phone screens can make colors look darker, brighter, lighter, or just different than they appear when I list the items. I will not give partial credits due to an item being a different shade than pictured as I cannot control this.

We usually ship within 1 business day excluding holidays and weekends. Tracking is included in the shipping cost and an E-mail will be sent to you at the time of shipment.

All international buyers must pay any customs fees, extra postage (even if free shipping is offered), and return postage for any reason. All items will be shipped USPS by either first class mail international or priority mail, depending on the weight of the order. All orders are shipped without tracking or insurance unless the buyer requests them. No refunds will be given for lost items without the purchase of a tracking number. If you don't want to risk losing your package or not being refunded for a lost package, you will need to purchase tracking. Tracking is considered registered mail and costs an additional $11.75 per package. (This is the actual cost the postal service charges me). Another option to ensure security of delivery is to upgrade your shipping to priority mail and add insurance. Please ask for a quote on your order.

International orders usually take 2.5-6 weeks for delivery depending on the location. I ship orders within 1 business day and have no control over the length of time it takes once the order leaves my hands! Please be prepared to wait for your order. If you are needing something faster please ask for a quote for express mail which often times can arrive in 5-10 days and includes tracking and insurance!
