). Where is my Item?
Most orders are processed within 24-48 hours. At time of shipment an automated email will be sent to you with tracking information. We recommend checking your spam folder for any missed communication. My Tracking number does not work?
Depending on the service method used for delivery tracking information may not be immediately available. We use FedEx and USPS. Please attempt to track your parcel with both services. Do you leave feedback?
We leave positive once the item is paid for. Do you refund the shipping costs?
We do not. These funds have been disbursed to the shipping company. My item had free shipping but I did not receive a full refund?
In that case, we refund your purchase price less the actual shipping cost we incurred. In what condition must the item be returned?
Any item returned to us must be in original, new condition. What should I do if my item has damage or breaks when I use it?
Products with manufacturer warranties must be submitted directly to the manufacturer. If an item is received damaged or defective due to quality we will replace or refund, at our discretion, within 3 days of receipt of the item.
