The 14 day returns cancellation period only applies if the item is still sealed and has not been opened. All goods are new unless stated otherwise. Any item found to be damaged or faulty when received must be reported to us within 3 days of receipt. Items can only be returned if there is a genuine manufactures fault with the product or if we send a completely different item by mistake. Please contact us for returns authorisation within 3 Days of receipt of the item. The Item must then be returned to us within 14 days from the date of returns authorisation. Upon receipt of the faulty item, a replacement will be sent, unless it's out of stock, in which case payment will be refunded including postage cost paid at time of purchase. If we authorise a return for any other reason a refund will only be issued for the sale price excluding all postage costs, and the returning item must be in brand new, sealed, re-saleable condition.
