Pickup is available by appointment only and generally after 4:30pm, however in some cases we ship directly from the manufacturer and pickup is not possible.

International bidders please contact us for a postage quotation prior to placing your bid.

Shipping of your items will generally occur within 3 days of confirmation of payment.

We use a combination of Australia Post eParcel and Courier services to have your items delivered to your door and most items require a signature at the time of delivery.

Buyers will recieve an e Mail with tracking details on dispatch of the goods.

Our postage charges are comprised of the Australia Post charge, based on cubed weight and packing materials. 

Buyers are requested to provide an address where someone will be available to take delivery of your purchased item a work address is prefrable, as couriers will not deliver to PO Boxes and will not leave the parcel unattended at a point of delivery and redelivery may attract an additional freight charge.

We only ship items to the registered eBay address, please ensure you have updated your shipping details.

This protects both you the buyer and us the seller.

Items not received will require the buyer to contact Extreme Limits Offroad and then together we can lodge a claim with the carrier.

We will provide proof of dispatch and reference numbers and assist with the process to resolve any issues.

Payments:

Returns:
The Item must be returned in the original packaging and in the same condition as dispatched (UNUSED), with the return postage paid.

CODs will not be accepted.

The refund will be the original purchase price less incurred postage and handling charges.
