If we have it in stock, it is listed. If you can't see a particular item in your size or in a colour you would prefer, then we have already sold out. The turn over for new styles is so fast that we don't hold a lot of stock as the seasons change.
Everything you can see in store at STUNTgirls is carefully stored and ready to send to you once your payment is received. If you need something in a hurry, Express Post is available for any order, just select it from the postage options while going through the checkout.
Australia Post delivery times vary, but you can often expect to receive your item within 2 to 5 days from receipt of payment. Express Post narrows that time frame to 1-2 days.

STUNTgirls uses Australia Post for all of our items and we take a great deal of pride and effort in ensuring a fast delivery for all of our customers. We usually post each day or as often as we need to.
We are more than happy to combine multiple purchases in the one shipment, but please don't go through the checkout until you have finished purchasing. This means we can list all items on the one invoice, making everything much much easier for everyone.
Each additional item will add just $3 to the final postage charge, with the maximum postage capped at $15.00.
Your invoice should be adjusted automatically when you combine your purchases at the checkout. If it isn't, please just send us a message asking us to amend it for you as sometimes the eBay Checkout doesn't calculate our postage discounts correctly.
All of our items are carefully packaged in fully sealed PVC bags before mailing in satchels.
STUNTgirls refuses to make a profit from your postage and handling charge. You are paying for your item's packaging and the postage costs of getting the item to you, not for us to buy lattés and chocolates on the way to the Post Office. You are NOT paying for our PayPal fees with your postage charge.
We will send you a Postage Notification email when we have mailed your item so you know when you can expect it to be delivered.
We ask that our buyers go through the eBay checkout within 3 days of committing to buy. If our buyers don't make contact with us to arrange payment within 5 days, we will send a friendly payment reminder.
We ask that our buyers make the payment within 7 days of committing to buy the item, and if you are unable to do so, we ask that you advise us to make arrangements for the payment. Failure to do so may result in many unnecessary Payment Reminders and ultimately an Unpaid Item Case. Please keep us informed of any payment difficulties as we are understanding and reasonable and will certainly try to cater for most situations.
Once payment has been received we will send a Payment Received Notification. If you haven't received a Notification within 72 hours of making your payment, we would advise you to contact us to check your payment details.
As we always leave positive feedback after your payment has been received, we would appreciate it if you would consider leaving positive feedback for us once you receive your item. If you are unhappy with STUNTgirls customer service, please contact us before leaving neutral or negative feedback as we are fair and honest and will do what we can to help.
Please do not leave neutral or negative feedback because your item doesn't fit properly or suit you, as it is totally your responsibility to check the measurements and garment details before making your purchase. We will not be pleased to receive bad feedback because of your bad judgement. You can always return your item as per our Returns Policy.

If your new item doesn't quite fit or isn't to your taste, just contact us via the eBay message system within 30 days of receipt of your item and we will happily refund your payment upon its receipt back to us.
We can also exchange your item for another size or something completely different to the same value. Your call, just contact us and we will do the rest.
If your item is damaged on arrival (it happens rarely) please let us know and we will either exchange it for another one or have it repaired and returned to you at no charge.
The Fine Print:
We will happily exchange your item for another, although any difference in selling price and postage will be the responsibility of the buyer.
The return of goods will only be accepted if the item is in the same condition as it was sent, with no exceptions. Swing tags must remain intact. If the item smells of perfume, deodorant or any other body odour, the item will not be accepted for return.
Your refund will be based on your original method of payment (excluding money orders and bank cheques, if this was your method of payment, your bank account details will be required to process your refund).
Your refund will not include the original postage and handling charge. All return postage fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
