Just a footnote..

Our Store & Location

At this stage we are an online store and do not have a showroom - having low overheads is what helps keep our prices much lower.

We do have a sample service available, just enquire if we have the designs you like available.  Please see our sample listings for all the details on our sizes.

Customer satisfaction is our top priority and we understand that it can be tricky buying from computer monitors, which are all different.  For this reason, we do offer returns and refunds across our entire listed range (something most wallpaper stores do not do) - but we do ask that you return goods within a couple of weeks, with the label and no damage, in the bubble wrap that it was sent in.  It's fine to open one roll in each design to see it in your room.  In fact, we actively encourage this, because it is amazing the difference between seeing a couple of inches of a wallpaper on a roll compared to a metre or two unrolled.  Quite suddenly, it looks way more va-va-voom!  We are constantly amazed by this, from the most affordable of wallpapers to the most decadent and expensive.  In short, as designers and stylists will attest, wallpaper is created to be viewed from a few steps back, in large expanses, and not in narrow little slices of a roll.  So please - take it out of it's wrapping.  Please also check out our feedback for what others have to say about our gorgeous designs!  We will offer returns on special orders at our discretion, depending on whether we plan to add that design to our range.

Payment
Upon checkout, buyers may tender payment by choosing Bank Deposit - our preferred method of payment - or by Paypal, which we love for their convenience (but not their fees). For any order over $100 paid via bank deposit, please deduct $3 off your total and go and buy yourself a coffee, as our thank you for choosing this option! (This just saves us the 3-5 days that it takes to get to our bank account, from paypal, anyway!)

Postage for this item is $12.50 Australia-wide, plus $1 per extra roll. Orders of more than one roll are automatically sent out with tracking and insurance, but for single roll orders, please indicate if you would like the tracking, signature and insurance option for just $2.95 for added peace of mind.

If you would like to pay by cheque, please contact us and we will be happy to arrange this. Obviously, no goods can be depatched until funds have cleared.

And of course, all transactions that are completed by pickup naturally have the additional option of payment by cash - it's up to you!

Shipping
Once your payment is received, wallpaper will either be despatched the same or the next business day if it is in stock, or ordered from our suppliers in Europe and the US and delivered to you within 2-4 weeks. All our products are carefully bubble wrapped and packaged to protect your new purchases in transit.

We only use Australia Post and reputable courier companies to ship our goods to you. Thank you so much for shopping with us!
