This is a beautiful Black and white painting on silk. It's from the Era 1950's from Japan, with the artist signature on the bottom right hand corner.
This would look beautiful hanging up on any ones wall! I have another Japanese painting for sale, same style different subject matter.
The painting comes in a white glassed frame.
There are some age marking on the edge of the painting.
Please remember, all my items are vintage, and have had a life before I stumbled across them.
I try and describe any imperfections.
Please ask any questions
It weighs 1.1 kg before packaged
Length is 40 cm x 3 cm depth x 32 cm height
My items are all from the yesteryear era, and have had a life before I came across them. So there will be imperfections, as they are not brand new! I try and describe my items as best as I can, and pointing out the imperfections, and taking my photographs in natural light, with close ups, so the items can be clearly seen.
With Vintage paintings and prints in their original frames, they are not opened, so inspection is only done from what can be seen outside of the frame.
I will test to see if electrical items work, and let you know if it works or not, but I will selling them under the regulations that you need to get a certified electrician to check that they are in good working order.
When items are picked up, please inspect them before they leave the property, that you are happy with the item, as I will not refund the item.
With lost items and postage, please state if you would like insurance, so you are covered by items not received or broken in transit.
Normal postage does not cover this.
I use a courier service Smartsend, which has not lost an item as yet, but they do not insure glass items, so I will have to post with Australia post to get insurance.
All the boxes I use for posting items are recycled boxes. I don’t believe in purchasing new boxes, as it just adds to land fill.
I spend a lot of time packaging my items, as they are vintage and irreplaceable, and I have not had a broken item yet.
