This is a useful resource for Airfix figure collectors, mostly as a nostalgia piece. Many of the images and text were taken from the Airfix Toy Soldier site on the internet. It is most useful for newer collectors, because those from 'back in the day' know most of this information already, since they spent their allowances on these guys every weeek as they came on the market, and then kept on updating them as the years went by. The English/French language connections and the sort of disjointed layout which combines original text with that off the internet can be a bit confusing. It could have been a little better, but to get more nformation you would have to surf several sites and either bookmark them or download and print for yourself to have it all in one place. The $20.00 price tag was accptable, but the small physical size and somewhat disjointed layout was a little off-putting. Still, it could be useful for the novice.Read full review
