Two groovy bakelite picnic plates in good used vintage condition, both have a healthy smattering of cutlery cuts & the blue has a match head size chip on one scallop, which can be spied in first photo top edge.

The blue was made by Sellex of Melbourne & the orange speckly one by Bartone Catalogue B164 Australia (small icon of Australia on the back). As mentioned both have lots of useage marks and scuffs, but can be restored somewhat with diligence and elbow grease, using bicarbonate of soda, a cut & polish compound, light bleach or ammonia soak and so forth. The orange is very heavy duty and heavier than it's blue counterpart. Polished back the mottle and sheen will really come up nicely.
