All shipments can be tracked and are covered by full freight insurance.

Small items are shipped via Australia Post or Fastway Couriers. Larger items are sent via Allied Express Couriers or directly from the manufacturers using their national distribution networks.

Please note - we cannot deliver to PO Boxes as deliveries must be signed for.

Extended Warranties
All of our products are eligible for extended warranties, to a total of up to 6 years. Prices very depending on the item you are bidding on. For more information and pricing on extended warranties for your product, please contact us prior to bidding on the item.

We accept returns only if the product is unaltered and unopened in any way. Customers must be in contact within 7 days of receiving the product in order for the return to be accepted.

When a return is accepted, the item is collected from its’ original delivery point unless otherwise indicated. Any return shipping fees will be passed to the customer. Once the unopened item is received back to our location, a refund or exchange will be offered. Original and return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund or exchange amount. The refund will be paid in the same manner as the original payment was made. On exchanges, any difference in price between credit amount and the new item is payable prior to the new item being sent out.
