The standard Royal Mail First Class Post service does include a limited amount of insurance cover (currently £39) and in the event of loss or damage we will pursue a claim on your behalf, though we give no guarantees as to the success of any claim. All orders with a total value in excess of £200 will be automatically be dispatched by Guaranteed Signed For Next Day Delivery inclusive of full insurance cover at no extra charge.

So please contact us if you require additional insurance cover or would prefer the package to be sent by an alternative service. We reserve the right to pass on any additional charges incurred above the standard cost if an alternative postal/delivery service is requested.

Returns: We will accept returned items providing they are returned in the same condition as dispatched and in the original packaging within 14 days of the date of dispatch.
