RETURNS: An item can be returned if you find it to be faulty or not as described, please contact us to arrange a return to us for a full product exchange/refund within 14 days.

We Do Not Refund on wrong size; it is up to you the buyer to know what size you need for your horse.
a.) The product must clearly show as being faulty to obtain refund.
b.) Must not have been purchased as faulty, some items we sell might be shop soiled or faulty and are clearly marked as such in the description, it is up to you the buyer to read the descriptions.
c.) You must contact us prior to return.
d.) Returns must be sent back to us within 14 days and item/parcel should be insured.
e.) Postage is not refundable except on faulty items which are proven to be faulty.
f.) Labels must be intact
g.) Returned items must not be used (faulty items excepted.) due to IE, infections and hygiene.
h.) By purchasing from us you understand and agree to our terms.
