GENERAL PRODUCT INFORMATION

We sell only brand new wigs. Each item comes with care and use instructions.

Unless otherwise noted above, our wigs are average size - fitting a head circumference of 21 1/2 to 22 1/2 inches.

Each wig is adjustable with the use of hooks or velcro inside the cap to securely fit the wig to your head. No glue, pins, combs or tape are required unless otherwise stated.

Please note: Wigs can look different on you than on our mannequins depending on many factors, including but not limited to - the shape of your head, the width of your face, the height of your forehead, where your ears are located, the length of your neck and your ear to crown, crown to nape and ear to ear measurements.

Where available, we also offer length measurements which are from the crown to end of the fibers straight down the back. We do not extend curls. Wigs can look shorter or longer depending on your personal measurements.

Color information

We work very hard to provide the best representation of style and the color of the wig through our photographs and descriptions.

As the Buyer it is your responsibility to read and understand the color description as that is color of the item you are purchasing. If you are unsure, please email for clarification.

Please note different monitors display colors differently. Therefore you should not rely on the pictures for color since your monitor may not have the correct settings for viewing the image correctly. The images should be used as a style guide only.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

We accept Paypal (account balance, credit card and echeck). We also accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover for our eBay listings. Using Paypal echeck will delay your shipment until your check clears. This delay can up to 5 business days for domestic orders and 10 days for International orders.

Warrington Investments LLC, WI LLC or Wigs US may be listed on your credit card statement as the vendor.

Payment is expected within 4 days.  eBay automatically files Non-Paying Bidder for unpaid items after 4 days.  This is an eBay automated process.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

We ship daily Monday thru Friday only. We do not ship on weekends or national holidays. Please allow 1 to 2 business days for processing.

The US Post Office does not guarantee any delivery times or dates. Transit times are estimates only.

Please note: We only combine the shipping costs on items which are paid for together. If your items do not combine properly, please request a combined shipping invoice. Generally, items which are paid for separately will be shipped separately.

We reserve the right ship certain items together to ensure they arrive in a timely manner, even if they are not on a combined invoice. If we ship items together which were not paid for together, we will issue a refund of the shipping discount less certain non-refundable fees.

We ship discreetly. The package is marked with our corporate name Warrington Investments LLC and no mention of the contents will be on the outside of the package.

Domestic US Rates:

• Priority Mail - $6.95 - usually takes 2-3 business days not including the day of shipping
• Express Mail - $26.95 - please email for delivery date and to request invoice for Express

Free shipping items cannot be combined to reduce the shipping on another item. We will ship your items together (paid and free shipping) as a convenience to our customers.

We reserve the right to upgrade shipping to Signature Required for packages which are over a certain value or which are being shipped to apartments. Please feel free to request Signature Required if you do not feel your location is safe to receive a packages.

International Rates:

• First Class International $9.95 to Canada - usually takes 7-15 business days not including customs clearance time.
• First Class International $17.95 to some countries - usually takes 12-21 business days not including customs clearance time
• Express Mail International $39.95 - usually takes 5-8 business days

Shipments over 4 pounds cannot be sent via First Class Mail International.  If your order weighs over 4 pounds buyer will have to upgrade to Express Mail International for shipping method.

Additionally, shipments which total more than $250.00 and being shipped internationally, must ship via Express Mail International and buyer must sign for the shipment.

Please note: Items must be in original, unworn condition with all of the tags and manufacturer's packaging to be eligible for exchange.

Contact us through my eBay to request an exchange. We will issue a return authorization and shipping instructions. Packages which arrive without an RA number on the outside of the package may be refused.

Per eBay policy - all exchanges must be in original, unworn, brand new condition - just as you received the item.
