Getting your correct measurement

Stand in bare feet and trace a line around each foot onto a piece of paper.
Remove feet and measure across the widest point for width and diagonally from longest point to heel for the length.
Use the measurement from the largest foot.

Please note that our stock levels are dynamic and frequently change. Because of this some lines/sizes may only be available for a short time. In the event that you have purchased a shoe/size which is not available, we will happily refund you in full immediately.

Most of our items are shipped within 24 hours of receiving cleared payment. They are sent either by Australia Post or Fastway Couriers depending on your location and shipped on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

All items are packed with care to ensure safe arrival. Most parcels between 500g and 3kg will be sent with Fastway Couriers. This will provide tracking and full insurance at no additional charge.

Delivery is generally within 2-7 days depending on your location. Fastway parcels cannot be delivered to a P.O. Box address. You will need to sign for your parcel.

When purchasing I am generally able to add additional purchases to the parcel at no extra charge to you.

You may like to take advantage of this service by adding additional items to your parcel. Please email me before paying for your purchase if you are intending to take advantage of this so I can discount the shipping on your invoice.

Payment is requested within 5 days of Auction Ending.

Australian Buyers: This can be made either via Paypal or with Bank Deposit. Our account details are provided through Paypal for your convenience. If paying by bank deposit, please include your user ID in the reference. This will assist us to identify your payment quickly for speedy dispatch of your item. Please allow at least 5 days clearance for payments made with e-cheque.

International Buyers: Paypal is the only form of payment we can accept for international purchases.

A refund or exchange will only be given if the item is returned to us within 30 days.

All the shoes are quality checked before shipping to ensure that they are free of faults.

If your shoes or boots do not fit, we will exchange them for another size if we have them in stock or happily refund your item purchase price only. You will only need to pay for the return shipping. This will need to be by Registered Post only to ensure that your shoes are not lost in transit. We cannot give refunds or replacements if we do not receive them back into stock. Your replacement shoes will be shipped free of charge.

P.N.All shoes returned into stock for a refund will incurr a 15% handling charge to cover our ebay fees and postage costs.This will be deducted from your refund.
