We use Royal Mail Standard, Recorded and Special Next day service for our deliveries. This ensures that your item is processed quickly and reaches you safely. If the item is recorded then you can track the item online as well which gives you an idea where your item is . If you need an item urgently please select the NEXT DAY GUARANTEED DELIVERY unless its already mentioned about next day delivery . This ensures that you get your item next day ( for orders prior to 1pm ). During the checkout you need to add the extra bit and select the next day delivery option if available which ensures your item being delivered next day .All next day delivery items should be receieved before 1pm for us to forward them to our courier.

In the event of the parcel being undelivered it would be sent to your local post office and you would be required to collect that . If an item is not picked up from the post office and is returned back to us , you would be required to repay the postage cost for the item or you could request a refund less the postage cost that we have spent on delivering the item. If an item is lost or broken a full refund or exchange is granted . All our items are sent recorded unless stated and therefore we should be able to track the goods for you.

All our items can be returned for any reason for either a refund or exchange unused in original condition.

All you need to ensure is to return it within 14 days of delivery, the goods should be in the same condition as they were sent meaning unused. You should also send us an email to inform us of the return so that we are aware and can process your return straight away once receieved. We will refund your delivery costs if the goods that we sent are faulty but for all other returns we will not refund delivery costs.
