No Quibbles Guarantee
Our ‘no quibbles’ guarantee means that if, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, i.e. the item you have ordered is defective, the wrong size or you have simply changed your mind then, provided that it is unused and in its original condition, you can return it to us for prompt replacement or refund within 30 days of delivery. This guarantee applies only to those items that have not been personalised with your choice of message, print colour or graphics. Where you have ordered an item with your own choice of message or graphics we can only offer a refund or replacement if the item that you have ordered is defective. This is because it has been personalised for you, which means that we would not be able to re-sell it.
If you want to return an item, simply contact us via ebay messages or email.
If the item is returnable under our Returns Policy terms and conditions, we will issue you with a returns address. We cannot deal with your return if you simply just post it back to us with no contact.
If you return an item because of an error on our part, or because it is defective, we will happily refund your costs in returning it to us. The item(s) must be returned in its original, unworn state within 30 days of delivery.
Change of Mind/ Wrong Size
Products returned to us because you have changed your mind must be unworn and in perfect re-saleable condition, and must be returned within 30 days of delivery. Please note that item(s) returned to us for reasons not due to our error or defective Product(s) will not have return postage/shipping costs refunded.
Returned Item(s) Lost in Transit
We cannot be held responsible for packages lost in transit: as you are responsible for returning the items to us, we recommend sending the packages by Recorded/Special delivery.
Refunds and Replacements
For item(s) returned to us within 30 days of delivery in the appropriate condition and in accordance with these terms and conditions, a refund or replacement will be processed by us within 14 working days of receipt of the returned items.
A refund will be made in the same form of payment that was used to make the initial purchase. Replacements will be to your original specification as detailed on your original order.
We are always here to help you and would like to answer your questions. Although we are always trying our best to make things perfect, we cannot promise that there will never be any problems. What we can guarantee is that if any problems do arise, we will always do our best to help you to resolve them. So please make sure to contact us first before taking any negative actions.
Orders will be despatched within 3 business days of cleared payment via Royal Mail 1st class standard.If you are bidding from outside of the UK we will send your item via Airmail.
While these postage services are usually delivered on time delays do happen so please allow reasonable time to reach you as once posted I am not responsible for royal mail delivery times.
Please make payment within 7 days of auction ending.
Non payment is not accepted once item is won you have entered a contract, any non payment issues will result in a dispute being opened and a non payment strike being issued against your account.
