Please compare the style you wish to order with a similar style you may have in your wardrobe. When choosing your size it is important to remember that open shoes and sandals are more forgiving in the width fitting than closed shoes. If you are a half size or wide fitting please go up one size Stock Availability Please note that our stock levels are dynamic and frequently change. Because of this some lines/sizes may only be available for a short time. In the event that you have purchased a shoe/size which is not available, we will happily refund you in full immediately.

Shipping
Most of our items are shipped within 24 hours of receiving cleared payment. They are sent either by Australia Post or Fastway Couriers depending on your location and shipped on Monday, Wednesday and Friday
 
All items are packed with care to ensure safe arrival. Once your item leaves us we are not responsible for any loss, damage or delays. Most parcels between 500g and 3kg will be sent with Fastway Couriers.This will provide tracking and full insurance at no additional charge. Delivery is generally within 2-7 days depending on your location. Fastway parcels cannot be delivered to a P.O. Box address. You will need to sign for your parcel. When purchasing I am generally able to add additional purchases to the parcel at no extra charge to you.
You may like to take advantage of this service by adding additional items to your parcel. Please email me before paying for your purchase if you are intending to take advantage of this so I can discount the shipping on your invoice.
| Returns & Exchange Policy
We are happy to issue a refund or exchange under our 100% Money Back Guarantee. Please contact us immediately upon receipt of your item if you have a problem. A refund or exchange will only be given if the item is returned to us within 30 days. All shoes are quality checked before shipping to ensure that they are free of faults.
If your shoes or boots do not fit, we will exchange them for another size if we have them in stock or happily refund your item purchase price only. You will only need to pay for the return shipping. This will need to be by Registered Post only to ensure that your shoes are not lost in transit.
Your replacement shoes will be shipped free of charge.
Once the item is returned it will be inspected and full refund given or exchange item sent free of charge. Most customers find that even after having to pay to send back a wrong size their overall purchase price is still less expensive than recommended retail. When first trying on your new shoes please walk on carpet to prevent the soles being marked. Once marked they can no longer be considered unworn.
The items must be unworn, unscuffed and in original packaging otherwise we are unable to offer a refund or exchange. Unfortunately we are unable to issue a refund/exchange if an item is returned without prior communication.
