Fabulous! Still manufactured, though?? The bristly point, just like a Sharpie's, helps rub away residue while the Goo Gone liquifies it. Pressing on the point releases more Goo Gone if necessary; otherwise you can work with the initial amount. Helps to have a cloth to wipe liquified residue off the point. This is an extremely clever and useful invention. I suppose the only downside (just speculating) would be that the very volatile propellant of Goo Gone may evaporate out of the storage area in the pen. So far, though, this product is immensely useful - we use it in a used-bookstore setting, to remove old gunky labels and adhesives from used books.

Goo Gone has always been my go to adhesive remover product for all those hard to remove retail stickers on glass. It works fast & easy then just wash off with soap & warm to hot water. It used to be available at most stores but now more difficult to find locally. i was happy to find this product for purchase on eBay.

My new Can Am ATV's shiny plastic body was covered with warning stickers. I used a hairdryer to remove them, but sticky residue remained. Rubbing alcohol wouldn't touch it. Scared of what Goof Off might do to the finish, I bought Goo Gone because the label proclaimed "SURFACE SAFE". I applied Goo Gone to a large sticky-residue area. And it worked; the residue turned into a mildy-sticky gel that could be wiped off. But, THE PLASTIC WAS NO LONGER SHINY. Turtle Wax Renew Rx Label & Sticker Remover did the same exact thing. Thinking "what have I got to lose?", I then tried Good Off on a spot. The residue came off, and, ironically, the plastic underneath retained its original, shiny finish.
