We endeavour to ship your order on the same day of receipt of payment. We use protective packaging on all fragile products. All items are shipped via Australia Post or professional courier service. If we delay shipment due to stock shortage we will contact you immediately to advise you when the item will be available, or suggest an alternative item that may suit your needs, or a full refund will be given upon your request. Shipping time is approximately 2-3 days for most major cities in Australia and 3-5 days for the rest area. It may take longer for NT, WA and TAS customers depending on couriers delivery scheduling. Please do not hesitate to contact us if your item is not received within 5 days, we are more than happy to trace it for you. Please also notice that a tax invoice is provided within item package.
We generally accept payment via Paypal only for immediate transactions so we can send out your order on the same day or the next business day. We can arrange direct bank deposit upon request. Please use your Ebay ID as reference when making direct bank deposits. We only ship out item once payment is received in our bank account.

We reserve the right to cancel, postpone or retain any order at any time if there is reasonable belief that the purchase is suspicious, full payment cannot be received or transaction is non genuine. We do not take responsibility for items once custody of item is transferred to postal service or courier. Quality of services provided by postal services or couriers are beyond our control therfore customers are recommended and encouraged to purchase insurance when making your order.
Any faulty items with 'Manufacturer' warranty must be returned to manufacturer and are subjected to the respective manufacturer's warranty terms and conditions. Warranty period is included in item description. For some items you will need to send the items to us at your own cost within the warranty period along with proof of purchase the purchase. We are happy to check the warranty period for you if you can provide us the serial number prior to sending back to us. You may specify if you want a replacement item or to refund the item but our supplier will make the final decision. Some items require you to contact the vendor first to get a case number before we can accept the warranty so please do not hesitate to contact us when you need assistant. Any faulty items with 'Return to Base' warranty, the buyer must contact us for a 'Return Authorisation' prior to returning the item. All returned items must be returned along with the original receipt and return postage. Please Note: All returned non-faulty items, the buyer will have to pay a handling fee. We have no responsibility on the shipping and handing fees on any returned items. If returned item is sent via a C.O.D. service, item will not be accepted.
