POSTAGE:

  • Parcels sent via courier require a signature at the point of delivery. If there is nobody at the address, the courier driver will leave a card and you will need to respond to the card within 48 hours or the parcel will be returned back to us. In this case, you will need to pay another postage charge. If nobody is normally at the address during working hours, please let us know so that we can stick an ‘Authority to leave’  label on the parcel informing the driver where to leave the parcel if nobody is at the address, or any other  ‘Safe’ place you may want the parcel left. Please be aware that if you opt for an ‘Authority to leave’ sticker to be placed upon your parcel we will not be liable for any ‘lost’ freight.
  • If you do not agree with the terms of our courier service, please select regular service (if available in the listing) or contact us with you postcode for a regular postage estimate.
