Wine is an agricultural product and as such does tend to run out/ and or change vintage. If this does happen we will have to remove the item or substitute it with 
a similar item (not without telling you first!) and if necessary refund you. We also reserve the right to change or remove a listing (and refund you if necessary) 
if there are errors of any kind.This site could include technical or other mistakes, inaccuracies or typographical errors. United Cellars may make changes to the

Insurance: To ensure that your wine gets there in one piece every time, we charge a compulsory fee of $2.50 per order. This covers against breakage, theft and fire
during transit. Unfortunately we do not allow pickups. Allow 7-10 working days delivery time. If there are any delays we will notify you asap. We endeavour to
dispatch wines within 24hours of the order being paid.

1. QLD, NSW, VIC, ACT

a. 1 case = $10

b. 2 case = $20(TOTAL)

c. 3 cases = $25(TOTAL)

d. 3 cases and above = $5 per case on top of 3 case prices

2. TAS, SA, NT, WA

a. 1 case = $15

b. 2 cases = $30

c. 3 cases = $35

d. 3 Cases and above = $5 per case on top of 3 case prices

It's simple: if you don't like something you've ordered, contact us for a refund or replacement up to 1 month from the date of sale. No questions asked. (In the
case of a replacement, we'll organise to collect the initial case when we are ready to ship your replacement.)
