RETURN POLICY:

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return the item please have a look at our return policy below.

 which is Returns are accepted only in its original condition, Item must be returned within 14 days of the receipt. They are not accepted if worn, de shaped, decoloured, or in a condition they can't be sold again. On the returned items the cost of the postage & packaging will be paid by the customers.

NOTE: Please enclose note with it when returning that shows date of purchased, Ebay ID and reason for return. 

ORDER PROCESS:

We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales, however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. We shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales.

We dispatch our items via Royal Mail Service, incase of loss you would have to wait 15 working days before we can fully reimburse you or send you an alternative item.

Risk of loss and damage of products passes to you on the date when the products are delivered or on the date of first attempted delivery by us.

Return policy

We accept  returns 14days receipt  policy subject to the following:

1.   If you need to return your purchase, please contact us through eBay .  You will be charged £1.75 surcharge for refunds due to admin and listing fees.

2.   Where you find your purchase is too small or too big, exchanges for another size are possible subject to availability.  However, the cost of returning your purchase and the cost of sending out a replacement will be your responsibility.  If you are in any doubt about any of the measurements of an item, just drop us an email and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

3.   The cost of return postage is the responsibility of the buyer unless agreed with us prior at the time of obtaining a returns reference.  Please send by 2nd Class Recorded Delivery as a minimum and ensure that Proof of Posting is obtained from the Post Office when returning.  Any items lost in the post will need this proof when you file a claim with the Post Office 

4.   Your purchase should show no signs of wear and tear.  Please check that your purchase fits before wearing them out as we are unable to accept returns that show signs of being worn.

5.   We do not refund postage on purchases as this is a service provided from the Post  office.
