All items with free shipping are shipped with standard regular post. All items shipped via registered post, express post or courier to enable tracking will incur additional cost. The cheapest option will be used unless we are notified prior to payment. We cannot be held responsible for damage or loss during freight or post so please ensure you notify us if you require additional insurance prior to payment. Insurance will be charged to the buyer at cost. Payments that clear before 12pm business days will have the items shipped same day. Next day shipping will otherwise apply. Pick up is available upon request.

We combine postage for multiple orders so feel free to ask what we can do for you.

• Please check your manuals, compare the pictures, as it forms part of the description. It is up to you (the buyer) to make sure it is the correct part for you. A bid ensures you (the buyer) know exactly what you are buying.
• Please make sure you (the buyer) do your own research to verify that this part is correct for you (the buyer). If you have any doubts about the auction and item, please contact us before you bid, as it will save my time and yours.  
• All items are for sale in our physical store at 1/55 Tradelink Road, Hillcrest. As such item availability on eBay may change without notice. Whilst we endeavour to update stock on eBay daily item availability may be up to 1 business day out of sync with actual stock. Any item purchased while we are actually out of stock will be refunded in full, no questions asked.
• Brand new items are returnable in the case of manufacturer defect or error on our part. Return postage at the cost of the buyer may be applied as a store credit at our discretion. Second hand items are sold "as is, where is" and are not returnable.
• Inspection of all items are encouraged but failure to do so does not constitute a valid reason for a refund. We are available and happy to discuss the item or anything regarding our business on (07) 3806 6000 during normal business hours. Non paying or problem bidders will be reported to eBay and prosecuted to the full extent possible.
• Feedback will be left after feedback is left for us to ensure that you have received your item. If you're unhappy with your item or our service for any reason please contact us prior to leaving negative feedback as we will try to fix the problem.
• We refuse to sell anything that we would not fit to our own cars.
