The pad is approximately 21cm by 45mm and is very soft with four velcro straps for secure attachment.
Payment can be made via paypal, cheque or postal order. Paypal is my preferred method and the safest and simplest for both buyer and seller. Our Refunds Returns Policy
Your satisfaction is paramount and a refund or exchange will always be available in the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase or the item is faulty. Returns must be notified through the ebay return item facility, within 14 days of receipt. The item must then be returned to us in a new and resaleable condition, via recorded delivery so that proof of return is established. Once received, the item will be inspected and a return or exchange issued. Return postage will only be issued if the item was faulty or an error has occured through our handling. If applicable, only standard 1st or 2nd class royal mail recorded delivery will be refunded. An exchange for a different size or alternative product may result in additional postage being required.
