This is andis pivot motor version of the oster fast feeds so it's a bit of a comparison. Pros: small, very light, contoured body feels awesome in the hands-especially for clipper over comb, cuts better than fast feeds once zero gapped, works with purple magnetic guards, stock guards are very sufficient, tears easily through wet/dry coarse/med hair. Cons: plastic is MUCH cheaper than fast feeds (one drop and it's cracked), not easy to zero gap compared to other pro clippers, very loud (mine anyway), loudest clipper I own, vibrate much more than fast feeds, not my favorite for dry fine hair but not a problem. Bottom line: I love these clippers, they cut very well-was surprised at the power and speed, can be used in the shop but I use them for home/travel due to the vibration, sound, and cheap plastic. I have owned a speed master for over 10 years and it cuts great but needs new cord. I purchased a speed master 11 and the cut isn't as sharp even after adjusting, very disappointed!

We bought this clipper on a recommendation from a beautician because the one in use was noisy. This clipper cuts very well and is quiet. We used it yesterday for the first time and the results were great.

You can tell an Andis product difference from some Walmart clippers. It cut through my hair like butter. I can't give it 5 stars until I see how it holds up!

The only thing that I don't like is that I find that the blaze get warm with them like the first 5 or 6 minutes.and another thing I bought this Clipper cuz I saw someone on YouTube saying that you can zero Gap this without doing nothing at all is a lie. I got it to zero Gap but I had it modified.
