Processing Times
Your order will be shipped within 24-48 business hours of placing your order. All items in stock will be shipped with this time frame. If any items out of stock, we will notify you within 48 hours and give you an estimated timeframe of availability and you may opt to wait or cancel your order.

International packages do not have tracking ability unless shipped via Global Express Mail. If you opt for First Class International shipping you will receive a Customs number which notifies you of shipping date, and is NOT a tracking number. If you require tracking, please opt for Express Mail Delivery in checkout.
First Class International Airmail:
Offers no tracking. Delivery time: Up to 15 business days without customs delays (We use this method unless other service is opted or paid for in checkout. This includes weekends, U.S. holidays, you will receive a customs number via email.)
International Priority Mail:
Offers limited tracking in some countries. Delivery time: 6-10 business days without customs delays (This exludes U.S. holidays and weekends. You will receive a customs number via email.)
Express Mail:
Delivery time: 3-5 days (Only option that offers door-to-door tracking ability. This includes U.S. holidays and weekends. You will receive a confirmation number via email.)
Unclaimed or Undeliverable Packages
Packages that are returned unclaimed at customs or undeliverable will be re-shipped at the customer's expense. For shipping questions, please email us.
A note regarding customs and duties.
Some packages can be delayed 2-3 weeks due to a slow customs office. Sadly there isn't anything we can do on our end to contact your local customs office. All international orders are subject to customs. At our customer convenience we mark our packages at $30.00 to avoid the duty tax. For specific duties, customs, and tariff information, please contac the customs agency in your country.
Canadian customs is notorious for delays. Once packages clear customs, about 50% of packages are tracked on canadapost.com. If not there, it may be held with customs. To contact them to see if a package is being held, please contact them at:

Shipping to Italy
Shipping to Italy is slow and completely unreliable if shipped First Class International and may take up to 60 days. We recommend only shipping via Express mail to track the entire way. In addition, if the product you are ordering is not allowed to be imported into Italy, your package would be confiscated by the Italian customs office. Please contact the Italian customs office BEFORE placing an order to verify that you may import any item you wish to purchase from us into your country.

Damage Claims
Insurance protects against damage during shipment or non-delivery. Please save any damaged shipping containers, as damage is only covered if extensive damage to the shipping container can be proven.
Loss Claims
USPS does not consider a package lost in the US for 14 days and 45 business days for international orders following ship date. If package is showing proof of delivery, insurance claims are generally denied. If you would like special handling (i.e. do not leave packages on porch), please leave a note in the checkout customer notes section.
Shipping Errors Or Manufacturers Defects
We guarantee that your order will be correct and free of defects. Despite our best efforts to create a perfect buying experience, there may be errors in your order processing or a manufacturing defect. Should that happen, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the item and tell us the error or defect, invoice number, and the stamped name of person that packaged your order. We'll promptly issue you a Return Authorization (RA) number and pay for return shipping at our discretion.
International orders require us to refund shipping costs once return is received. United States orders are provided with a prepaid shipping label.
Returns For Any Other Reason
Prettyskin4less offers a fair return policy. If you are dissatisfied with a product purchased through our site due to a manufacturer defect or error, you may return the item(s) for an exchange or refund within 14 days of purchase. Pre-authorization is required on all returns. Any returns sent to us without return authorization cannot be accepted.
Return acceptance is at the sole discretion of Prettyskin4less. Please contact us for return processing and eligibility. Products are eligible for an exchange of the same item if the original product is damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product. Products are eligible for a refund minus shipping costs if it didnt meet your expectations, or if you have had an adverse skin reaction. See items not eligible for returns below.

To ensure that your returns are received by Prettyskin4less, please make sure to add insurance to your parcels through your preferred mail delivery service and a trackable shipping method. Shipping fees are only eligible for refund when the original items were either shipped incorrectly by Prettyskin4less, damaged, or there is a manufacturer defect and insurance was opted for. All other shipping fees are nonrefundable.
