We understand that sometimes an item may not turn out to be just what you need. If you would like to exchange the size of the product, you can send it to us within 14 days. If the required size is not in stock you will be contacted by email and you will be able to choose another item. Another option will be a refund of the item cost excluding our original postage costs (if your order has been offered with free postage as a promotion, in case of a refund postage cost of AU$10 will be deducted).
Send the item in its original packaging with a request for the required change and pay the repostage fees of AU$10to our PayPal account.
