Design Names

You know, how every now and then, you totally smother it? The kind of shot that doesn`t happen all the time (well, not for us anyway) but when it does, it`s flushed right out of the centre. All scarylong golf shirt designs are named after words or phrases used to describe the very best of drives, the ones that get you thinking `I can play this game`.

Delivery / Order Despatch

We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours; during Monday to Friday, we dispatch every day so it is likely to be less than 24 hours. There may be a slight delay at weekends and Bank Holidays.

Delivery Services

Where free postage is offered, delivery will be via Royal Mail 2nd Class service and should be delivered to you in 2-3 days following despatch. For other services, most First Class mail arrives the next working day; Parcels Service (used for bulk orders) can take between 3 and 5 days. If your order has not arrived within a week of posting, please contact your local sorting office to see if an item is being held for you.
Please note that the Royal Mail do not allow compensation claims until 15 working days have elapsed after the posting date. In this rare event, we are bound by this condition and will send replacements after the elapsed time.

Delivery by airmail to Europe is approx. 3-5 days and 5-7 to Africa, Americas, Asia and Australisia.

Tracking

Most orders are dispatched by standard Royal Mail First Class or via Royal Mail Parcel Service. Neither of these services provides a tracking option. If you require tracking, please contact us and we will quote the latest and best courier 1-2 day delivery prices.

Damage in the Post

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We will send out a replacement at our cost and will make the necessary claim against the carrier at our risk. Please note that many carriers will contact the addressee to confirm the damage and you will be required to sign a declaration.

Customer Collection

We have no retail premises and therefore collection is not offered.

Terms and Conditions

Full payment must be completed before goods are despatched. Payment can be made via PayPal (note that PayPal now accepts credit or debit card payments without the need to create a PayPal account). If you wish to pay by either cheque, postal order or direct debit, please contact us at sales@scarylong.com. Full terms and conditions are available at our website.

Returns/Exchange of Size

Under distance selling regulations, goods purchased at the scarylong Ebay store may be returned within 7 working days following receipt of the item(s), provided that they are returned in the original packaging and in the same condition. Personalised, customised or any other product where an adjustment has been made are excluded and cannot be returned. Note that auction items are not subject to distance selling regulations as we will consider returns on a case by case basis.

The customer will be responsible for the return postage costs except in the case of faulty items.

If your item does not fit, we will happily exchange for a change of size. Simply send the item to the returns address as per the packing slip. Exchange postage cost applies, as per the original order and can be enclosed as a cheque payable to scarylong golf or via PayPal to sales@scarylong.com. In the event of requiring an exchange of part of an order, please contact us for a partial postage cost.

Bidding on a auction item for one size and requesting despatch of an alternative size is prohibited and fully adhered to by scarylong golf.

Picking Errors

We accept full responsibility for the wrong goods in the event of a picking error; please follow the returns process and we will correct at speed, including refund of your return postage costs.

Order Acceptance

Acceptance of your order (and the products within the order) and the completion of the contract between the customer and scarylong golf takes place when scarylong golf indicates, by email, that your order has been despatched. The acceptance will be considered complete and to have been effectively communicated to the customer, whether or not the email is received. On most occasions, payment may be taken before this point but acceptance of the order is not confirmed until the above proceedure is complete. In the event that we have to cancel your order, your payment will be refunded immediately.
