We simply prefer COD, Bank Cheque or Direct Bank deposit into our company account.

Please note: If you need the item ASAP simply pay COD, Bank cheque or direct deposit, we will not ship anything out until funds are in our company account. You will be provided with a tax invoice upon payment.

Terms of Sale

All sales and binds are final. Please do not bid on this item unless you intend to pay and pickup at a pre-arranged time. To arrange a suitable pickup time from our showroom email us directly after your purchase, thank you.

7 Day Return Policy

All goods purchased from Building Group P/L must be inspected upon delivery/pick up and before installation. We do not accept responsibility for any damages caused after purchase and cannot be held liable for any incorrect dimensions chosen by the Customer (especially after installation). Products returned due to faulty workmanship must be returned in its original packaging undamaged with the original receipt at the customers expense.

Left over tiles or stone products cannot be returned unless an arrangement has been made with Building Group P/L prior to purchase. Extra pieces or off-cuts of tile or stone products purchased are strictly non-refundable. Returns will incur a 10 percent administration or re-stacking fee.

Checkout Information

To minimise paperwork and for simple transactions, COD from our showroom and warehouse is preferred. A tax invoice will be provided upon receipt of payment.
