- Author BiographyFor thirty years I worked in the food industry. During that time I started as a cook at Harpy's Chicken Inn at the age of 9 years old and worked my way up to be a Chef for the Park Inn Hotel Chain. I have managed Steak Houses in Nevada, Mo. Seafood Restaurant in Newport Oregon and worked for the Park Inn Hotel Chain in Fayetteville Arkansas. I have feed such celebrities as country singers Holly Dunn, Tom Wopat, Keith Whitley, Rock singers Abba and political figures Walter Mondale, Al Gore and Walmart founder Sam Walton just to name a few. I have always loved working with the different flavors of food trying to create new and exotic flavors by mixing them.
