  I ...actually ordered one of these about a year ago and then this one. I'm using them as hubs to attach a rotating "bowl" used in an automatic brass annealer from reloading. I can't get behind the mounting plate to tighten these, so I just cut a screwdriver slot in the end of the threaded portion, then use a wrench to tighten it. Be aware that the nut and washers don't tighten all the way down. If you're attaching a thin piece to it (as I did) you'll need to add a washer to ensure it snugs up.
