A really robust product, no need for a dongle, supremely easy to set up. But be warned... its compact size means you'll need to adapt your touch typing, especially if you have large fingers!

For those of you Surface users who are not after a lap top replacement but really want the premium tablet experience then don't pay up for a type cover. I paid $60 for a Incipico Surface 4 cover and then I bought the MS Edge Keyboard. Together I get protection for my Surface Pro 4 and a portable keyboard I can easily keep in my backpack completely protected also with the included cover. I don't use the cover as a tablet stand only because I have a Surface, but it is there if I need to use it for my phone.... yes I do use this keyboard to type on my phone when I don't want to take out my Surface, benefit of the windows eco system. Yes if you have big hands you may struggle to find keys on this keyboard, but my hands are not small and it only took a few paragraphs to get into touch type mode. Using this keyboard with my Surface just makes sense to me, what I mean is, in combination of typing and using the type screen I don't miss a trackpad at all. My touch typing is ok, using this keyboard has not increased my error rate. I might get tired after typing pages of notes, but I don't do that and that is why this keyboard suits my down to the ground for how I use this hardware. Highly recommend this keyboard for its build quality, portability and design. It feels really good to type on and has paired with any BT enabled device with ease. MS should have called this the Surface Keyboard based on its design and build quality.Read full review

This keyboard was within my price range, VERY simple to set up and connects to my computer easily. It has a very sleek, aesthetic design in keeping with my modern desktop setup, and I love the compactness and easy sleep function (by simply covering it with its protective rubber cover, which also happens to be a tablet stand!) 9/10

I bought this keyboard because I work in multiple offices and need a separate keyboard because my laptop usually sits on a ream of paper next to an external monitor (I know you can picture this). I also liked the idea of a bluetooth keyboard because you don't sacrifice a usb port for it. The size of the keyboard is only fractionally smaller than the laptop keyboard (Lenovo T440S, one of the best keyboards in the busniess), and it didn't take long to get used to it, and I'm a moderately competent touch-typist. It works just as advertised, turning itself on and synching when the cover is removed, even soon enough to type in my laptop password. The only point against it so far is that is doesn't have an "insert" key, which I use often for one my applications, but won't bother most people.
