My first pair of Monster earbuds were the iSport Immersion. It was the first time I had purchased ear buds where the audio cable is essentially flat. The ribbon cable quickly grew on me because it didn't seem to tangle so easily. The sound quality is good and the earbuds can be made to adapt to any ear size and shape. The storage bag was okay, but it eventually disintegrated. So, my cat chewed through the cable one day and after owning the Immersion for close to 3 or 4 years. I finally had to hang them up. I looked for earbuds with similar features but couldn't find anything else and went with what I knew. I looked at the Monster brand and found the Immersion had been replaced with the Victory. Basically the same, overall quality appears to have improved. The storage bag is better, they've replaced the little cheesy purse with a knit bag and draw string. The piece that helps it stay in the ear feels more solid and less likely to be broken. The only area that didn't seem to get an upgrade is the ribbon cable. It doesn't feel as rigid as the cable from the Immersion, in fact it's more flimsy, feels a little cheaper. Otherwise, I'm happy with my purchase. It's a good buy.Read full review

I'll give it a 7 out of 10. For the price they're not quite what I hoped for but I don't regret my purchase.

I love these in-earbuds! They are definitely the definition of sport earbuds. I mountain bike, go jogging, and do strength training with these earbuds in and I can always count on them. Haven't let me down and I've had them for a couple of months now. Love em. I can't stop raving about them. I like to live an active lifestyle and I'm glad I came across these earbuds to help me during my athletic activities. I will keep on buying them because not once have they fallen out of my ears!! These bad boys stay in no matter what activity your doing. The music quality is great as well! I am a bit of an audiophile and am glad they have awesome sound quality (good bass, crisp-clear sound & nice highs); pure audio adrenaline. Everything about these earbuds is awesome except the mic control feature could have been made smaller and the buttons easier to handle. I find myself struggling once in a while to press the button properly to change a track. But it works, so I can't complain too much. Also, when first trying these buds out, it can take some getting used to the interchangeable ear hooks and omni-tips. But believe me, you will get used to them. It took me about a week to adapt to the unique design. The noise isolation is quite high but I have noticed that when I'm biking I can hear the wind when I'm speeding buy. It could just be that I need to switch to the bigger omni-tip though. Besides that, when I'm jogging, it has to be windy out for the sound of wind to be heard. Noise isolation makes such a difference. you can concentrate more on what your doing. I prefer noise-isolation headphones. I bought these buds because I was tired of using buds that would fall out while I was working out. I wish they came in more colors.Read full review
Great headset, but one major issue: The headset jack where it gets inserted is sensitive when turning or manipulating in the slightest, which causes distortion or sound loss. Weak! Annoying! But I do love the sound quality and noise cancelling quality.

Like everything about them except for the button controls are on the left earpiece wire. Not that big of an issue, but I would have preferred it on the right side. Would be great for lefties.
