Did a live wrestling show in a gym and had problems with the mics losing signal the entire time. When a wrestler starts to speak and can't be heard and then they check the Mic and it's on and tap on it, it gets pretty embarrassing.

I purchased these microphones for use by mobile announcers at our local ski jumping events. This demands operation in cold temperatures and at distances up to 400 feet. The DKW-DUO performed flawlessly under those conditions. Although sound quality is not imperative in this situation, I thought these microphones sounded about as good as any entry-level wired dynamic costing twice as much for a single unit. There was enough presence to clearly hear the announcer throughout our 3 acre outdoor ski complex without sounding brittle. We easily exceeded the stated 300 ft range without experiencing dropouts or other degradation. Our last event was broadcast at 400 ft from the receiver after a couple hours of intermittent use on the same batteries. I also perform in a local bar band, and I think these would have an application there as well. As you can imagine for this cost, the microphones and receiver have an almost toy-like plastic casing. It is not robust and I doubt these would survive much abuse. That said, I would not hesitate to keep a set in the gear locker for emergency backup or special situations. The only other wireless handhelds I use on a regular basis are Audio Technica 4250ADs that cost 30x as much, so I can't very well compare the Nady to anything else in the same price class. I can say that the Nady got the job done in a manner that far exceeded my expectations given what I paid.Read full review
I purchased this cordless mike system go upgrade a set of cordless mikes that left a lot to be desired as to sound quality and dependability. I have now used these Nady mikes on several occasions for church gospel sings, and I can hear the difference when I am listening to other singers using them. The price was great, they were quickly delivered, and they have proven to be extremely dependable, just like the corded Nady mikes I also use. Thank you.

My daughter asked for "wireless" microphones for Christmas. She already had a Karaoke machine, so I decided to try and find just the microphones. I looked online at several places, then remembered to check ebay. I found the exact microphone that I bought at a retailer for the same price EXCEPT where these had free shipping the retailer wanted 23.00 to ship, so I ordered it. When it came in I was surprised to find how easy it was to hook up. All you have to do is plug the receiver into the microphone jack on the karaoke machine. I required 2 9v batteries, which came with it. We turned it on and the sound was fantastic. She has played with it for hours. It comes with 2 mics, so her friends can sing-a-long too. Really great product.
