Author Biography
Michael Halper developed The Cold Calling Equation from experience and knowledge gained during his years as a technology sales professional. As the founder and CEO of Launch Pad Solutions, LLC, a sales coaching and telesales outsourcing operation, he began to take all of the tactics and philosophies that he used to be successful and built them into a model and system that is simple to teach and easy to implement by a sales person of any level. It is Halper's real world experience of working in the trenches making cold calls that he uses as a key asset while providing sales coaching and building sale training programs. Complementing his experience is a strong educational background including a master's in management, a bachelor's in marketing, and a graduate certificate in executive coaching. He is currently working on a master's in organizational behavior at the University of Texas at Dallas.
