I like the clever way this cord retracts, no more having to wind messy cords up! The 2 heat settings make it easy to use & the cool shot button is always a handy feature. I'd give it 5 stars if it were a bit lighter in weight, quite heavy for a compact. Over all though, I'm impressed with this hair dryer & works well.

The hairdryer works quite well but I don’t use it because the high pitched whine it makes when I use it hurts my ears too much. The sound is much higher and intrusive than those from other Sassoon hairdryers I have had. I wouldn’t recommend it.
