saxophone upgrade
My son was ready for an upgrade to his student sax. He did the research, found some options, and bid on ebay. Good price, nice horn.
Olympus Digital 9-18mm f4-5.6 Zuiko ED Lens 4/3 #703

My new favorite!
I love my Zuiko 12-60, and I have been using it for years. Earlier this year I felt constrained by the 24mm equivalent wide angle limit of this lens while photographing the splendor of Antelope Canyon and Horseshoe Bend. I missed the range of my 17mm from the OM-2 days. This 9-18 covers the ultra wide range and the upper range is great for landscapes. It is significantly lighter than the 12-60, and it uses the same filter size. It could be faster, but that would make it less affordable, and these focal lengths are fairly easy to avoid shake anyway. I use this with an EM-1 and a 4/3 to micro 4/3 adabtor.

excellent value
This is the perfect long zoom for the occasional user. It is light and inexpensive, but produces very serviceable results. It is not fast, but is fine for nature photography. You do not need a massive tripod. I use it with an OMD E-1 with an adapter for micro 4/3.
