Probably the worst seller I’ve dealt with in 20 years on eBay. I paid for the item immediately, it was never sent. I tried numerous times to contact the seller to find out what was going on but they never responded. PayPal refunded my money & I purchased elsewhere but I wasted 3 weeks trying to get this seller to simply do what they agreed to do by selling products on eBay. They should be kicked off the site!!!

Hi titch1966, I am so sorry for your negative experience. We manage all ebay sales through our website integration and it must have disconnected during our recent update. We dispatch all orders within 48 hours however on this occasion didn't receive a notification of your purchase. Apologies for the disappointment and inconvenience caused, I have followed this up with our developer and will certainly keep a more regular eye on the integration in the future to avoid this happening again.
