Not disappointed!!
I bought this book because it was recommended to me. I wanted to get control of my eating habits and make healthy choices, and lose weight in the process.
There is nothing to dislike about this book, some of the ideas are a little extreme to my liking, but I have adapted it to suit my lifestyle.
There are other programme's very similar to this and The Dukan Diet is probably the most extreme, but at the end of the day they all have the same goal in mind - Leading a healthy lifestyle.
