  • Agapanthus Africianus Blue Stargazer Mature plants

Agapanthus Africiana or your normal Agapanthus are very hardy, they don't really care what the whether is, they thrive. They just go through more water then usual when it's hot & you get a bit of leaf burn when the frost's get to heavy, but all 'n' all they grow well in any climate. They don't really mind the soil type either, although they do grow bigger & have more flowers when the soil is enriched with organic's like compost or mulched in old lawn clipping's, so long as they are old before mixing in to the soil for planting they go fine. When purchased, I will remove them from the soil, soak in water for a couple of hours & then remove to let them dry. The next day I will rap them in paper, box up & post.
