Bridgestone Golf Bags

Bridgestone Golf Club Bags

Whether you are trying to make the cut on the PGA Tour or playing a casual round at your local course, Bridgestone golf club bags carry your irons in safety and style. Bridgestone makes a range of different golf bags to suit different players.

Bridgestone

Bridgestone Golf is part of the Bridgestone Corporation, a company that is actually best-known for making tyres. However, they have been a big name in golf since 1935, when they first started to make golf balls. Today, Bridgestone Golf makes a full range of golf equipment including Bridgestone golf clubs, golf balls, golf bags and golf apparel.

Styles

Bridgestone golf bags come in four major types. Bridgestone Tour Staff bags are their most spacious, with a large six-way divider top and nine zippered pockets to hold all of your essentials and then some. The Bridgestone Cart bag has seven pockets and is designed to attach securely to your golf cart for easy transport. Its 14-way divider top makes it easy to grab exactly the club you need for your next shot. Finally, Bridgestone manufactures a pair of stand bags. These feature a pair of folding legs that allows you to stand the bag freely on flat ground, so you can take your time choosing a club. The Premium Stand Bag is larger and only made in limited quantities, while the Lightweight Stand Bag is a modest 2 kilos, perfect for carrying by hand.

Protection

All Bridgestone golf bags come with a rain hood included. Getting your golf clubs wet can be bad for them long term due to rusting. In the shorter term, wet clubs are more difficult to grip, reducing your performance. Keeping them dry in the bag means that the rain doesn’t have to bring your round to an end. Bridgestone golf bags also typically feature a protective valuables pocket, lined with velour to prevent any scratching.

Golf Balls

Long before they made golf bags, Bridgestone golf balls made the company famous among golfers. The Tour B330 and its variants are widely used in competition at the highest level. It features a SlipRes cover that reduces spin off the club and a firm TOURCore designed to get maximum distance from your swing. Bridgestone’s current lineup also includes the E6 Soft and E6 Speed balls, which are built to maximise straight-line distance, as well as the Lady Precept which is the best-selling ball in women’s golf.
