Flower Boxes and Plant Trays

Whether you’re prepping in a greenhouse or are preparing for spring planting, having flower boxes and trays on hand is a must. Some trays and boxes are ideal for moving plants from room to room, followed by outside planting; while some other types are for decoration and show, depending on the type of plant or flower.

Flower and Plant Sheet Trays

Sheet trays are an imperative part of greenhouse supplies and also needed for the first planting season. There are several types of planting trays. Long trays fit a fair amount of dirt, where you plant and divide each section on your own. There are also trays with separate dividers that enable you to plant each seed separately for germination. These types of trays are also incredibly mobile, making gardening a bit more manageable.

Resin Flower Pots

If you’re not planting on a large scale and you simply have a few plants to transfer or you want a few potted plants around the house, resin polyurethane pots are a great idea. They are typically available in many different colours, and resin flower pots are fairly economical. You can even buy some in bulk, so you can outfit both your inside and outside with flowers and plants.

Flower Pots

There are other types of materials when it comes to flower pots as well. You can opt for ceramic or plastic flower boxes and plant trays, depending on your preferences. These types of flower and plant pots are conveniently recyclable.

Window Boxes

Window flower boxes are often purely decorative. Once you plant flowers or other plants in window boxes, typically you’ll keep them there for the remainder of the year. However, you could theoretically prepare window boxes for more large-scale planting. WIndow boxes usually hang from windows, and are placed outdoors in direct sunlight. Flowers or flowering plants are ideal for these boxes.
