Junior Golf Clubs
Unlike other sports, it is important to have the right size golf clubs to fit each individual or you won't do so well out on the course. This applies to juniors too. The golf clubs that are for adults are generally too tall for young ones so they need their own special set until they reach adult age or a certain height. Age Groups
Junior golf clubs can fall into different categories depending on age. You can find golf clubs that are aimed at 4 to 7 year olds, 5 to 8 year olds and then clubs that aim and 8 or 9 to 12 year-olds. Each brand of golf clubs will offer something different so be sure to check the age group before purchasing.
Club Measurements
Even though junior golf clubs are open in age ranges, it's a good idea to know the measurements of the golf clubs because your child may be taller than the normal height for his age group and therefore would need to look at getting the next size up in order to play comfortably.
