Kelly Kettle

Using whatever natural fuel is lying around (twigs, dry grass, heather, Birch bark, Pine cones, dry animal dung, etc) our kettles will bring water to the boil within a matter of minutes. Never carry fuel again.

If more than 1.5 litres of boiling water are required (this kettle will easily and quickly boil water for 10-14 people within a matter of minutes) simply refill the kettle with water and place it back on the firebase.

This size fits onto the fire-base of the 'Trekker' Kettle only. (We have a larger Hobo for the Scout and Basecamp Kettles). Place this Hobo Stove accessory onto your Kelly Kettle stainless steel firebase for safe & efficient outdoor cooking.

If more hot water is required (this kettle will easily boil water quickly for a party of 4-6 people), simply refill the kettle and place it back on the fire base and re-fuel the chimney again. The kettle will be boiled again within a matter of minutes where water can be used for more hot drinks, boil-in-the-bag, bathing, washing up, etc.

Note: The fire bases invert partially up into the bottom of our kettles to make the unit as compact as possible for transport and storage. Normally, the fire base will not invert fully up into the kettle.

The kettle will be boiled again within a matter of minutes where water can be used for more hot drinks, boil-in-the-bag, bathing, washing up, etc.

Our 350ml cup, fits inside the 500ml cup, which fist inside the large cook set, which fits inside this Hobo Stove, which fits inside the fire base (Base Camp or Scout) which inverts up into the kettle. really compact storage!

Note: as the heat is intense, you will need to stir your food regularly. When the water boils, remove the kettle from fire base and place Grill Pieces (2 no.). onto the fire-base. Fuel can be inserted through the air hole in the side of the base.

This Pot Support lets you place the Kelly Cook Set on top of the Kettle as your water boils, thereby harnessing all the heat that is generated in the chimney and ensuring maximum fuel efficiency. You don't need to remove the pot support from the chimney when refuelling.
